Kyle Gorant, DPT, CSCS

Kyle is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a licensed physical therapist, blending high-level athletic performance with expert knowledge of human movement. As a former Division I collegiate wrestler, Kyle understands what it takes to train at an elite level—and how to help others move and perform better in their own lives. He has years of experience coaching athletes, beginners, and everyone in between. Kyle combines his doctorate-level knowledge with real-world experience to create efficient and sustainable plans to optimize your performance.

Gina Johnson, CPT

Gina brings a unique combination of personal training, behavioral science, and coaching expertise to every client she works with.  With a background in helping people increase meaningful skills, Gina specializes in making fitness approachable and rewarding —whether you're just getting started or looking to break through plateaus. Her coaching style is grounded in evidence-based principles and real-world experience, both inside and outside the gym. Gina is also a dedicated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner, and her work reflects a strong focus on consistency, functional movement, and making training enjoyable and sustainable for the long term.
